KEY FEATURES:
This project consists of the construction of a new 200,000 gallon welded steel water storage tank, pump house, back up generator, and related sitework. The new tank will be used to provide additional water for the college’s fire protec-tion system.
The work includes precast concrete piles, concrete foundations, CMU masonry, stucco, standing seam metal roofing, electrical, 300KW Caterpillar back up gen-erator, fire alarm, sprinkler, earthwork, site concrete, segmental retaining wall, fencing, and site utilities. Additional work includes hazmat abatement and dem-olition and removal of an existing steel storage tank and foundation.
