Our Story

Bohicket Construction was founded by Marion Davis, a Charleston native with more than two decades of experience in commercial construction. His commitment to the craft began generations earlier. In the 1960s, Marion’s grandfather launched a local construction company built on trust, hard work, and quality; values that would shape each generation that followed.

Growing up around job sites, Marion learned early how much the right builder can impact a business and a community. After graduating from the College of Charleston, he carried those principles into a long career managing commercial projects across the Lowcountry. In founding Bohicket Construction, Marion combined that hands-on expertise with a modern, integrated design-build approach ensuring clients benefit from both craftsmanship and streamlined project delivery.
