This project includes a first generation build out for the first Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in the Charleston area. The scope of works includes underground plumbing, new slab on grade, metal wall framing, cabinets and wood paneling, solid surface counters, doors and frames, suspended drywall and acoustical ceilings, ceramic and quarry tile, FRP, painting, polished concrete floors, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems.
