This project consists of a build out for a new Ace Hardware store. This is a first generation build out from an existing cold dark shell.
KEY FEATURES:
This project consisted of the demolition of and removal of existing kitchen and laundry equipment, mechanical and electric systems, interior finishes and CMU wall partitions. We also demolished and removed an exterior wall and expanded the building footprint to enlarge the existing kitchen space. The new work will included pouring a new slab on grade, new CMU and brick exterior walls, interior CMU walls, structural steel framing and decking w/ a modified bitumen roof system over the new expansion. The interior included all new mechanical and electrical systems, suspended drywall ceilings, detention doors and frames, hollow metal doors and frames, heat welded sheet vinyl kitchen floor system, ceramic wall tile, and painting.
